Goals:
- Identify opportunities to better align, integrate and potentially consolidate/scale agency resources – both internal and external – with a resulting positive impact on the work.
- Ensure brands are getting the best value for their investment.
Process steps include:
• Gather baseline understanding: Identify Roles/Requirements, Assess Current Performance, Assess Compensation
• Establish the agency service model and structure to best support marketing goals and deliver improved cost/value
• Identify agency or agencies on current roster that best fit within the desired model
• Identify any performance gaps or areas of duplication
• Identify any adjustments to current agency assignments and scopes
Recommendations may include:
• Adjustments to current agency roster and assignments, including inhouse vs. external resources
• Recommendations for soliciting new/better resources, if warranted
• Adjustments to agency compensation (method and/or amount)
• Process improvements to yield performance improvements or time/cost efficiency
• Agency contract term revisions or updates
