• A completed agency profile form that covers the basic “facts and figures” information our clients most frequently ask about when putting together a long list of potential candidates. The excel profile form can be downloaded here.
• Your current credentials information covering details on your capabilities and recent work experience and samples. Word, PowerPoint, or pdf formats are preferred and can be emailed to our attention (see contact links on our “Contact Us” page).
