Julie is JLB+P’s newest Senior Consultant. She has enjoyed remarkable success throughout her 25+ year advertising and marketing career. Most recently, Julie led McDonald’s USA Brand & Content Team, managing McDonald’s Pan Agency Team in the development of all national integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, Julie led the standing up of a 220-person bespoke agency, spearheaded the modernization of the creative process, led subsequent agency reviews and stewarded her team and agency partners through multiple large scale organizational restructures. Additionally, Julie and her team earned numerous creative awards, leading the development of campaigns that endure today and continue to deliver record sales growth for McDonald’s.
Through Julie’s long tenure and wide-ranging experience at McDonald’s – from Field Marketing through Global Marketing and US Marketing – she built a reputation for embracing innovation to drive business results, leading through change and creating high-performing teams that thrive in a fast-paced culture. Julie is adept at building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups and the art of orchestrating for a desired outcome.
Julie’s background brings experience from the agency side of the business as well, having worked in Account Management and New Business Development at Bernstein-Rein Advertising and Muller + Company in Kansas City.
